What is the Network Packet Sniffer to do?
A Network Packet Sniffer is a tool that captures and analyzes
network traffic between connected devices. It can intercept data
packets intended for other machines, recording them for later
examination. Network communication involves data being broken into
smaller packets, each carrying destination and source information.
When packets reach their destination, they are reassembled. Network
Packet Sniffers, unlike packet analyzers, collect packets without
attempting to interpret their contents.
Although primarily used for network troubleshooting, Network Packet
Sniffers can also have malicious applications, capturing personal
data for potential misuse. Various tools like Wireshark, tcpdump,
and Microsoft Network Monitor can both capture and analyze network
traffic.

The NTCA-CHS-7U7S is a 7U rack chassis with horizontal slot service setup. It offers
seven slots, including two switches and five service slots. Each
slot has 300W cooling, and the chassis employs pull-type cooling
for efficient heat dissipation. Its dual-star backplane
architecture enables 200Gbps full-duplex interconnections between
switch and service slots. With two switch cards, it achieves 400G
backplane bandwidth per service slot.
The NTCA-CHS-16U14S is a 16U chassis featuring horizontal insertion service slots. It
provides 14 card slots, comprising four switches and ten service
slots. Each slot offers 300W cooling, utilizing pull-type cooling
for effective heat dissipation. The dual-star backplane
architecture delivers independent 100Gbps backplane bandwidth
between switch and service slots. When equipped with four switch
cards, it achieves a significant 400G backplane cross-board
bandwidth per service slot.

Card Function Overview
NT-TCA-XG24 is a multi-function service card with integrated 10G
interface for integrated data service collection and aggregation of
split output. The card supports:
1- 1G/10G links access and acquisition
2- 1G/10G links aggregating, diverting and filtering
3- 1G/10G links data accurate identification
4- 1G/10G links packet tag
5- Built-in simple ShMC monitors the operating temperature of the
board.
6- Complete the data processing policy configuration and execution
of this board.
7- The RTM can support 24*10GE interfaces to complete the
acquisition or aggregation of the 1G/10G link.
8- 4*100GBASE-KR backplane interface can complete Import and output
of cross-board services.
